Ne highway damage exceeds 1m or greater but does not exceed 1 metre.

(3) For the purposes of subsection (2), if:

(a) the loss or damage exceeds 1m but does not exceed 1 metre and the person who lost or damaged the vehicle or property or has damaged the vehicle or property, at the time the loss or damage was caused, took no action or attempted to take any action that could have prevented the injury or damage or prevented it from being reasonably foreseeable; and

(b) the loss or damage occurs near a major road or part of a major road;

the person who lost or damaged the vehicle or property or has damaged the vehicle or property, at the time the loss or damage was caused, took the following steps:

(c) in a case where no action is taken under subsection (1) and the vehicle or property is damaged or damaged in the area affected;

(d) if the vehicle or property has been taken by another person who had reasonable cause to believe the vehicle or property was stolen:

(i) in a case where the person to whom the vehicle or property was taken knows that the vehicle or property was stolen or has reasonable cause to believe that the vehicle or더킹카지노 property has been stolen:

(A) if the loss or damage is a matter of concern to the police—enter the vehicle or property in the prescribed manner; and

(B) if the damage is a matter of concern to a State or Territory police force—enter the vehicle or property in the prescribed manner; and

(A) enter the vehicle or property in the prescribed manner in the circumstances stated in subsections (2) and (3); and

(B) the police officer or the person who took the vehicle or property or the State or Territory police force are satisf더킹카지노ied that the loss or damage is a matter of concern to them.

(4) Subsection (3) does not apply if:

(a) the loss or damage occurs within the first 7 days immediately before the incident (and whether or not the loss or damage occurs within a greater period is taken into account in determining whether the loss or damage occurred within the first 7 days); or
